About Me
The Artist Behind Mundi Citisin
I was born in Italy, south of Napoli, in a small rural home shared with animals. There was no electricity, no running water, no toilet. Life was simple but full of natural wonder. As a child, I collected small stones, carrying them in my pocket as little treasures of the earth.
At seventeen I came to America. I worked in clothing factories, hotels, and finally in landscaping, where the soil became my teacher. Working with plants taught me patience, honesty, and the beauty of slow growth.
My sculptures are born from all these experiences struggle, labor, connection to earth, concern for humanity, and love for nature.
Every sculpture carries a message. Some warn about the future of our planet. Some honor the natural world we ignore. Some reflect the human spirit strong, wounded, or searching.
